Great evening had by all the GEM Joinery staff at the Fit Out Awards 2019. GEM Joinery sponsored and presented the "Excellence in Sustainability award".  GEM Joinery was also shortlisted for the award of Excellence in Collaboration! Earlsfort Centre is currently been refurbished and upgraded as multimillion - euro redevelopment as part of this GEM Joinery have been appointed to manufacture, supply, and install Bespoke Reception Desks, Reception Units, Tea Station, and Storage Units.

St Columba’s was established in Douglas in the 1960’s as part of their ongoing redevelopment of the school, GEM Joinery have been appointed to manufacture, supply, and install Bespoke External Windows, Screens and Doorsets to their new boys primary school building.

GEM Joinery secured the fitout of the 3rd& 4thfloors of the Atrium Building in Sandyford where telecom giant Verizon Connect (formerly Fleetmatics) recently invested €50m in new office space. The works consist of mainly stained and lacquered birch plywood joinery units ranging from a reception desk, to tea stations, seating pods, credenzas, a servery counter, a beverage bar and a variety of storage units. There is also approximately 220m2 of full height fire retardant birch plywood wall panelling with a coloured stain base, a class 0 lacquer and a top coat of writable paint finish which will allow users to write on the wall which can be easily wiped off.

JP Morgan is a global leader in financial services in more than 100 countries. GEM Joinery has been awarded the contract to manufacture, supply, and install the internal bespoke joinery on their new 7 storey building on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay located in the heart of Dublin’s Docklands. The contract is to be complete by early November this year which presents the challenge of a fast paced multi floor fitout project, one which GEM Joinery are looking forward to.The works consist of a combination of bespoke joinery mixed with architectural metalwork, specialist glazing, stone countertops & wall cladding, integrated LED lighting & more. Some of the feature items in this project area Reception/Barista Counter on the Ground Floor, a Turnstile Portal Frame, 14nr Kitchen/Pantry’s with an Island Unit to the front and an architectural metalwork shelving unit above, 200m2 of Quarter Cut Walnut Veneered Panelling

This all new multimillion-euro building has been established to develop stronger educational, cultural and commercial links between Ireland and China. GEM Joinery has been awarded to manufacture, supply, and install Bespoke Atrium Feature wall panelling.

The Herbert Building is the headquarters of the Park Development Group. Park Development Group is one of Ireland’s most respected and long-established development and building companies. They have recently renovated their head office and GEM Joinery have been appointed to manufacture, supply, and install Bespoke Seating, Reception Desk, Feature wall panelling, and storage units.

Dublin Airport is Ireland’s largest airport and has two terminal buildings. Over the last number of years, the DAA have been renovating and upgrading both terminal buildings. GEM Joinery have been appointed to manufacture, supply, and install Internal Doorsets, skirting Immigration Booths, Ticket Desks, Storage Units, and Presentation Units in both Terminals.
